Badgers in Beantown and Vote for Chris (Supplement to weekly blog) Posted: 20 November 2009 | The Wisconsin women’s soccer team (10-5-6, 5-1-4 Big Ten) continues its incredible NCAA run when UW faces second-seeded and seventh-ranked Boston College in the Sweet Sixteen. The Badgers will take on BC in Chestnut Hill, Mass. today (riday, Nov. 20) at 7 p.m. ET. Both teams will play for a chance to advance to the quarterfinals to take on the winner of the Stanford vs. Santa Clara game. Daniel ‘Rudy’ Ruettiger founded The College Football Rudy Awards to honor Division I football players who brought that ‘something extra’ to the team. The Rudy Award goes to the most inspirational and motivational player in America who best defines what "The Four C's": Courage, Contribution, Commitment and Character."
