A Wonderful Night in Guilford

I'm happy to report that we had a wonderful evening at the Stone House Restaurant in Guilford last Thursday.  The rainy weather did nothing to dampen the spirits of those in attendance.  The food was delicious and plentiful and the company was enjoyable!  Now if we could just figure out a way to prevent Monette Goodrich from winning all the door prize raffles!

Enjoy viewing the yachts right in Guilford Marina and then spend a nice, relaxing evening with other UW alumni.   

This event is 'on', and we are really looking forward to seeing you here. Please tell us that you are coming as soon as possible. We want to meet with as many Badgers as we can !

'Celebrating Summer' is the first in a series of events this year (2006-2007) to bring Badgers together in an informal setting. The emphasis is on making new acquaintances and meeting old friends, in a more casual atmosphere than the Founders Day dinner.

We have chosen a Thursday evening so that it shouldn't conflict with your week-end plans - and if you do have a really good time, then the week-end is only a day away!

The meal cost will be about $36.00, plus gratuity. Menu choices will be made available here soon.

We do hope that you can come.
